  • From April 1st to September 30th, dogs are permitted on the beach during restricted hours (before 9:00 am and 5:00 pm). Pets are not allowed between 9 am to 5 pm. 
  • From October 1st to March 31st, pets are not permitted on the beach during all hours.
  • If you are visiting with your furry friend, you must have at all times a plastic or paper container that you can use to contain and clean up dog waste until you can dispose of it in an appropriate container. The container must be shown upon request from anyone authorized to enforce the ordinance.

Freeman Park Regulations

  • All dogs must be on a short leash from April 1st to September 30th.
